Had a very very very good experience dealing with Jeremiah. Hes the only reason Im able to say I bought my first home. He was so helpful every step of the way and made sure to explain everything to me right down to the last detail. It was super helpful that I could do the majority of the paperwork over email because Im on the road a lot.He has so much knowledge in the field and he pointed out things and explained things that I had no idea about. He also put me in touch with his team and basically did everything for me, I just had to sign. He took so much of the stress and worries off my shoulders. Overall extremely happy and satisfied with his services, I would 10 out of 10 everyday of the week recommend him to anyone. Ill definitely go back to him when Im ready to sell and buy again.

Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with. From the first house (a foreclosure) that we looked at, Jeremiah's attention to detail shone through. He was VERY patient with us and our schedule and reassured us that we would eventually find our house. When we finally did, Jeremiah's team was incredible. It was like he mobilized half of Halifax. Jeremiah is very patient and has a wonderful sense of humour that brought an occasional, and much needed stress relief as we sometimes felt that we'd never find the right house. On the sale side, Jeremiah gave us a fair assessment which didn't raise our expectations beyond what the market could support nor did he try to force us to lower our price unreasonably looking for a quick sale. Even though he was working with other clients at the same time, we always felt that he was always readily available to answer our questions and to promptly arrange visits to houses that interested us.
