Searching for your first home to buy when you are still relatively new to Canada can be a scary prospect, as there are so many things you do not know. On top of that, having to find a home, buy it and move in within a month seems an impossibility. Luckily for us, one of our friends recommended Rebecca, and she was amazing. She explained all the steps in detail during our first meeting, and within the next few days we had looked through several houses. She took the time to understand our needs, and was even quicker to grasp what we actually wanted. She showed us several houses and we were able to put an offer in within a few days. While that deal didn't work out, we were able to find another house very quickly, that worked even better for us. She helped us throughout the whole process, and accommodated our viewing requests to suit our schedule - even though the hours were sometimes a bit unreasonable. We found her to be friendly, honest, and above all someone you can absolutely trust. We love our new house and the neighbourhood, and this is thanks in no small part to Rebecca.
I am more than satisfied with my experience with Rebecca. When I contacted Rebecca, I had very limited understanding of the house buying process and the amount of time each and every step would take. Rebecca advised me on when to do what and only after a couple of weeks I found a house at the right time at the right price. She made all our appointments and meetings to suit my schedule, went out of her way to find information to answer my questions. On top of that she made all our meetings friendly and comfortable.
